The Tendon Grip sock protects the horse's limbs from rubbing, scratches, bacteria, fungus and dirt and also provides extra support for the tendons. It can be used to maintain an ice pack to prevent or treat injuries. Ideal for horses with sensitive glutes and pasterns when wearing bells, the sock gives a second-skin feel that doesn't discomfort the horse. Very easy to use, simply cut to size and slip the sock over the hoof to fit. We recommend securing the sock over the gaiter and to the hoof with Tesa Tape to ensure it stays in place. The Tendon Grip is reusable because it can be machine-washed at 30° (no tumble-drying).
