Tendon Gel Unika

Tendon Gel is Unika's latest revolution in the world of gels for joints and especially tendons. Tendon Gel is an Arnica montana-based gel which, in synergy with ozonated sunflower oil, creates a special blend to keep a horse's joints in perfect condition, and takes particular care of tendons.

Tendon Gel is a precious ally for horses in competition and training. Easy to apply, it leaves no residue.

When to use it

Tendon Gel is the ideal gel to use:

- before a journey to protect joints during transport

- as a massage gel for osteopaths, massage therapists and veterinary chiropractors

- after training to reinvigorate tendons

- after competition, to rest and relieve joints

Properties of its components

Ozonated sunflower oil and Arnica montana are excellent allies for joint health. Ozonated oil provides ozone, as ozone stabilises in the vegetable oil matrix. Ozonated oil stimulates tissues to react better to stress, naturally helping joints to become active and supple again after intense work.

Arnica montana, well-known in traditional folk medicine and phytotherapy, has exceptional qualities for strengthening joints under stress.

Instructions for use

Apply Tendon Gel to the joints, taking care to massage it in to allow it to be absorbed. Tendon Gel can then be covered with a bandage, but this is not compulsory, depending on the habits of the stable and the specific needs of the horse.
