The outer shell of the Samshield Shadow Matt helmet is made of polycarbonate, a material used for top-of-the-range motorbike helmets. The inner shell is made of variable-density polystyrene for excellent energy dissipation in the event of an impact.

The shape memory liner guarantees constant thickness over years of use, and the semi-rigid chinstrap eliminates any risk of the helmet tipping over in the event of violent movement. The internal foam can be removed and washed at will thanks to a highly resistant clip system.

Equipped with a front air inlet, the Shadow Matt provides exceptional ventilation. Fresh air is channelled from the front inlet to extractors at the back of the helmet, generating a powerful internal airflow.
