Jump'In leather bits MCP

Composition: nylon-lined leather.

Important note to our customers: leather bits are not guaranteed against biting, even after the first use.

Effect: The bit is used without a bridle, creating no pressure or friction. It is held to the jaw by a leather curb strap which passes behind the mouth. Jump'In leather bits are very soft and comfortable for the horse. The leather prevents the bit from being too cold.

Advice for use: The flat leather barrel gives the purest possible contact as it is equivalent to skin-on-skin contact. The leather will soften enormously in the horse's mouth and will establish a relationship of total trust between the rider's hand, the bit and the horse.

Care instructions: Rinse the bit thoroughly after each use to limit the build-up of residue. Oil the leather with a vegetable oil (Caution: do not use beef foot oil or other synthetic oils) to keep the contact supple and pleasant for your horse.
