Its anatomical straight shape combined with the large contact surface with the tongue offers this particularly important and sensitive muscle maximum space with a very gentle effect. The butterfly barrel can act almost in the same way as the paddle bits, it lies flat on the tongue and flexes slightly when you act. The soft straight bits promote gentle contact, ideal for sensitive horses. Loose rings provide gentle contact toward the mouth. They allow for a slight indirect contact compared to the fixed rings, which makes it easier to play in the fingers and limit excessive tension.

Resin: Beris bits are made of resin, with a specially smooth surface which allows them to slide in the horse's mouth without the “gum” effect that traditional resin bits can cause. This material is so smooth and soft to the touch that it can even be considered for horses having difficulty salivating. This resin is made from a plastic material for food use.
